How is the program structured?

Five weeks. Each week has two parts: a short pre-recorded video (30–45 minutes) covering the foundational content, and one live session (2.5–3 hours) where we put it into practice — real coaching, real feedback, real Q&A. You'll also have a short assignment each week to apply what you're learning before the next session.

Why not just use AI to prep instead?

How many students are in each cohort?

Each cohort includes 15–20 students in our live weekly sessions. For hands-on practice like mock interviews, you'll be placed in a small group of 3–4 students for focused coaching and feedback — so you always get real, personal attention, not just a seat in a big room.

Will there be homework or assignments?

Yes. Each week includes a short assignment — things like drafting your pitch, recording a mock answer, or researching your target companies. This isn't busywork; it's what makes the live sessions actually useful. You show up with real material to build on, not a blank page.

Is this live or self-paced?

Both. The core experience is live — that's where the coaching, feedback, and mock interviews happen. But everything is recorded, so you can revisit any session whenever you need to.

Do I need to watch the pre-work before the live session?

Yes. Pre-work videos are short and cover the foundational content, so live sessions can focus entirely on coaching, practice, and feedback — not lectures. Showing up without watching it means less time for you to actually practice live.

What if I miss a live session?

Will I actually practice, or is this just lectures?

You'll practice. Every week includes live coaching, and Week 3 is built entirely around live mock interviews with real-time feedback — not just theory.

What's the difference between the Beta Rate and Standard Rate?

The program is identical — same sessions, same coach, same mock interviews, same portal access. The Beta Rate ($799) is a founding discount for early enrollees while beta cohorts are open. Once beta cohorts close, the price moves to the Standard Rate ($1,299).

Interview Flow is built for mid-career professionals who are actively job searching or planning to be within the next 90 days. It's especially effective if you've been getting interviews but not offers, or if you freeze up under pressure and want to fix that.

I'm a recent grad — is this for me?

The program is optimized for professionals with at least 2 to 3 years of experience. If you're a recent grad, the fundamentals will still apply, but some of the negotiation and senior-round content may be less immediately relevant.
