The breaking point
I was qualified. I kept losing.
I had the experience. I had the credentials. On paper, I was a strong candidate. But every time I sat down in an interview, something fell apart.
You're qualified. You keep interviewing. And nothing is coming. That's not a talent problem. That's a flow problem. And flow can be taught. With the right flow, interviews stop feeling like a guessing game and start feeling like something you can actually win.
Over 100 rejections. Some with feedback, most without. I started to wonder if the problem was me.
The turning point
I stopped winging it and built a system.
I went back to basics — not interview tips, but the actual mechanics of how hiring decisions get made. I studied how interviewers evaluate candidates, what they're actually listening for, and how to turn whatever makes you different — your path, your gaps, your story — into the reason they remember you.
I rebuilt my resume from scratch. I rewrote how I told my story — my experience, my strengths, what made me stand out. I practiced out loud — not in my head, out loud — until the words stopped feeling rehearsed and started feeling true.
Within 60 days, I had seven offers. One of them was my first choice.
Why I built this
Because nobody should figure this out alone.
After I landed, friends started asking me what changed. I walked them through the system. They started getting callbacks. Then offers. I realized what I'd built wasn't just a personal hack — it was a repeatable process.
